Housecall Pro charges up to $100 a person. Brio charges $5.
Brio only does cleaning. That is why an extra person costs so much less.

Housecall Pro is general home-service software. Basic caps out at one user with no way to add more, Essentials charges $100 for each person past its first five, and Max charges $75 for each person past its first eight. That's a real, workable tool for a lot of businesses. It just wasn't built only for cleaning, the way Brio was.
Brio charges $5 for an extra person instead of $75 to $100. That is the whole extra cost, with no per-feature add-on to reach for on top of it.
Brio and Housecall Pro, line by line.
What Housecall Pro does better
Housecall Pro has a real add-on ecosystem: online booking widgets for your own site, marketing tools, financing for bigger jobs, built up over years of serving plumbers and electricians as much as cleaners. If you want a lot of those pieces, they exist and they work.
It also processes payment the way Jobber does: a client's card on file, charged from the app. Brio doesn't do that. You still collect however you already do.
What owners ask us about Housecall Pro.
Its Basic plan is one user only, with no way to add more. Once you need real room for a crew, you're on Essentials or Max, and that's $100 or $75 a head depending which one.
Yes. Every plan includes your own website, a page at briofield.com/yourbusiness, with online booking that lands straight on your schedule.
Brio doesn't do that. You collect separately, and Brio keeps track of what clients owe you and what you owe your crew.
See it against your own schedule.
